Entry Level IT Support

This is a great package for anyone looking to start a career in IT. This can lead onto other exciting fields in so many different industries. It is designed specifically for people with an average user knowledge of computing.

We start this program with the bare basics. You’ll learn how to dismantle a PC, replace parts and understand what certain components look like and how they function. From here we progress to the more advanced aspects of IT support such as learning how to build and maintain computer networks – which allows computers to communicate with one another. This will include learning about servers and how they affect networks, particularly security issues and how to deal with them. The last few modules help to refine your skills and prepare you to deal with people or businesses that have technical issues through the soft skills modules such as customer service.
