Advanced IT Support

    This course is designed for people already working in the technical support field, preferably with at least two years experience. The obvious benefit to undertaking this course is an ability to command a higher salary due to a wider range of technical skills gained. In addition to this, there is also greater scope to move up the career ladder progressing to manager, technical director, or even move horizontally into the corporate sector such as a consultant, with your advanced technical background.

    The topics covered within the course are areas you should already be familiar with, such as networking, security issues, and server technology. The objective of this course is to expand your existing knowledge allowing you to understand and take on more advanced tasks.

    Although the course is aimed at people with prior working experience in the field, anyone can attempt it if they have already studied in this area and wish to expand on their current knowledge.

    With the exception of ‘Client/Server Technology for Managers’, every module in the curriculum is assessable, meaning you can expect to gain a certification for each module once you have passed its respective exam (contact us for more information on the exam process).
